🔅Only 2 batches can be conducted in a day pr subject
🔅So prepare your date accordingly
🔅Only one envelope to be sealed and kept in school
🔅Envelope and marks list will not be given to external examiner
🔅Only attendance certificate will be given
🔅TA form will not be signed by HOS
🔅only one and original copy of attendance sheet will be maintained and to be sealed inside envelope
🔅Only one printout of marklist to be printed then signed by external and internal examiner and then scan and then upload in pdf form
( phone should not be used for scanning)
🔅Please ask external examiner to bring cancelled cheque in his or her name and provide you the phone number which is linked with their Bank Accounts

at the back of cheque
