If the result of the teacher declined and when they fill the deviation in the result, Quality index and No. of distinctions, the same is not being submitted.

If a Teacher does not have the board class in previous year and they fill the 'NA' in the previous year result, the result is not be updated.
There is also problem in verifying the OTP received. When the teacher fill the OTP received, the message INVALID OTP message is shown.

The teacher has to retry several time for verifying their MOBILE NO. The Concerned officers of @Dir_Education are requested to please get the problem solved. Thanks

SOME COMMON TECHNICAL PROBLEMS FACED BY THE TEACHER IN FILLING APAR

Now the CBSE BOARD results have been declared and  teachers have to fill their APAR. But due to some technical problems, they are not able to fill the APAR and all the teachers especially PGT''s are worry for the same. The most common problems are faced by the teachers are the following:

• If the result of the teacher decline and when they fill the deviation in the result, Quality index and No. of distinctions, the same is not being submitted.
• If a Teacher does not have the board class in previous year and they fill the 'NA' in the previous year result, the result is not be updated.
• There is also problem in verifying the OTP received. When the teacher fill the OTP received, the message INVALID OTP message is shown. The teacher has to retry several time for verifying their MOBILE NO.

Due to above said technical problems, the teachers are not able to fill their APAR in time. DSTF requests the concerned officer of the DoE to remove the above said technical problems, so that the teachers may be able to fill their APAR in time.
