In most of Schools, there is a common problem that the HoS's are not implementing the Order and Circular issued by DoE correctly which caused the unnecessary harassment of teachers. There were many problems faced by the teachers at the time of Covid-19 regarding the Online Classes. Most of the HoS called the Teachers in Schools inspite of the clear instructions of the DoE online classes from Home. There are also some common problems faced by the teachers regarding the Pay Fixation on MACP/Promotion on time, Submission of of Arrears Bill in time, updation of Service Book and Time Table etc.
Hos must create a positive environment in the School for the effective teaching-learning. If the official work of the teachers completed on time. then the teachers will take more interest in the teaching the students. Therefore, The official work of the teachers must be completed on time and problems of the teachers must be addressed in time.
We received Audio Clip of a Female teacher through WhatsApp which is a result of the unhealthy environment in school. Teachers share such type of audio Clip/letter on social media when he/she left with no option.
We also suggest, the Teachers don't share your problems on social media but instead meet the higher authority to address your problems.
