Documents & Proformas required regarding ex- gratia & compassionate Ground appointment

First of all, I pray to God that keep you & your family be safe and healthy in this crucial pandemic.               

My heartfelt condolences to those unlucky colleagues who have expired due to Covid-19 

GSTA & other teacher's welfare group gave their representation to the honorable education Minister & Director of education to give ex- gratia &  compassionate  ground  appointment to the dependents of Covid-19 victims employees.

Director of education has issued a circular and appointed a nodal officer regarding ex- gratia & compassionate Ground appointment on dated 20th May 2021.

According to E-1 the following documents & proformas will be required to prepare individual case file through school or HOS in proper manner (as per check list & serial no.) to avoid  inconvenience.

1. Application from the applicant.
2. Employees death certificate(in original) Aadhar Card & pan card.
3. Aadhar Card & pan card copy of applicant(self attested)
4. Three attested photographs of applicant.
5. proofs of payment received(GPF/CPF,  CGEIS, pension benefits, leave encashment etc.)
6. No objection certificate from all other family members. 
7. Separate NOC from head of family.
8. Qualification documents & other experience certificate if any acquired by the candidate( self attested)
9. In case of candidate/dependent belongs to any reserved category self attested copy of certificate.
