Sh. Somvir Rana filed 2 court cases bearing no. 1368/2014 and 3217/2014 in Central Administrative Tribunal.

Hon'ble Court (CAT) gave order in favour of the teachers on 04 April 2016.

But DOE did not extended the benefit to the 13 teachers.

Another court case es filed by Sh. Somvir Rana, as a Contempt Petition no 78/2017 titled as Somvir Rana Vs Saumya Gupta & Ors.

On filing of Contempt Case against the Director of Education, the DoE appealed before the Hon'ble High Court in  March 2017  titled as Government of NCT OF Delhi Vs Somvir Rana & Ors.

Sh. S.K tripathi, Additional Standing Counsel was specially deputed by the DoE against the judgment which was in favour of the 13 teachers.

 Again after a lengthy arguments in the High Court, the Hon'ble court was inclined to make any changes in the order of the Hon'ble CAT.

 Aggrieved with order of High Court ,. DoE approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court which on 01.09.2017 directed to issue a general order to the Union of India and DOE/GNCTD.                    

           The Hon'ble Supreme Court ofIndia vide order dated 01.09.2017 in SLPD iary No.23663/2017 titled as Govt. of NCT of Delhi and another vs Somvir Ranaa nd others, ordered on the issue of refixation of pay of existing teachers not below thes tage lower than the pay which could be drawn by a direct recruit appointee on ora fter 01.0l.2006, had directed the Government of India to immediately look intot he matter and issue appropriate orders for granting the pay scale of Rs.17140 /-.

             Therefore, Adhyapak Shakti Manch took itself a responsibility in this matter and filed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) as WPC 8922/2017 titled as Adhyapak Shakti Manch Vs directorate of education, on behalf of all the teachers, within 2 days of the order of the supreme court's order in Delhi High Court.

                PIL WPC 8922/2017 filed by the Adhyapal Shakti Manch was listed on 11th October 2017 wherein Hon'ble Court directed the DoE to file it's response on or before 17 January 2018.

          Therefore, after getting an order from the Hon'ble supreme Court, it was clear that DoE will only issue order for all the teachers if the Hon'ble Court will direct the DoE.

 Before completing 3 months, Adhyapak shakti Manch gave reminders to the DoE, but all in vain. DoE, again didn't file any reply and Advocate of DoE sought further time to file a reply in this regard.B ut Hon'ble court didn't give any time to the DoE and directed to issue an order on 17140 within 3 Months.

          Then after completing 3 Months, Adhyapak shakti Manch filed a Contempt Petition no 326/2018 titled as Adhyapak Shakti Manch Vs Saumya Gupta wherein Hon'ble Court clearly asked the Govt Counsel to give a time period for issuing an order on 17140/-

                 This Contempt Petition was listed on 08 May 2018. Therefore, to avoid Contempt of the Court, Directorate of Education issued an order in this regard on 22.05.2018.A ctually, file was processed by DoE in 2016 in court's pressure and order on 17140 has also been issued after the court's pressure upon the DoE.

         All the claims maid by various organisations about this are false and baseless . They are trying to make the teacher community fool .
