Schedule of Document Verification for the post of Contract Teachers (Subject Specific and Primary Teachers under SSA in District South and South East

PUBLIC NOTICE

In reference to circular No. 2766-78 dated 06.07.2016 issued by SPD-SSA,UEE-Mission, Delhi regarding engagement of Subject Specific Teachers (TGTs) and Primary Teachers working under SSA on contractual basis during the year 2016-17,it has been decided to re- engage on contract basis the same set of subject specific TGTs and Assistant Teachers who were engaged in the year 2015-16 for DoE Schools for the session of 2016-17 also. As per direction, a fresh agreement has to be executed from all contract teachers whose contract was expired on 31.03.2016. The next term of contract would be from 15.072016 to 31.03.2017.

Only those contract teachers who have worked till 31.03.2016 under SSA in the schools of District South & South East during the session 2015-16 and fulfills the eligibility conditions as per norms of the SSAand existing Recruitment Rules of DoE Delhi will be considered for re-engagement.

The Candidates are hereby informed to report for verification of documents as per date, time and venue given below

Only those contract teachers who have worked as on 31.03.2016 under SSA in the schools of District South & South East during the session 2015·16 are hereby informed to come with the following documents as per schedule mentioned above- 

1. Printout of online application 2014/2015 
2. One set of self attested photo copies of educational qualifications, caste certificate, disability certificate (in case of disabled category) and 10 proof (with original marksheets, certificates, degrees. In case of provisional certificate it should be issued on or after 15.01.2016) 
3. Experience Certificate from the HOS of the school where worked till 31.03.2015 in 2015-16, clearly stating that the contract teacher has worked till 31.03.2016 i.e. he/she was present on 31.03.2016 in the school. 
4. Online Relieving Certificate if the candidate is working as Guest Teacher in 2016-17. 
5. Aadhar Card in original with the self attested photocopy 
6. Two recent Passport size photograph 
7. Application Form
