Regarding Special Earned Leave instead of Earned Leave to Teachers Deputed during the Summer Vacations - SFTC Demand from Present GSTA

Respected Teachers of DoE , GNCTD🙏🏼

As all of us concern that SFTC is very conscious for the welfare of teachers at every moment. When SFTC has enquired about the order no.F.DE.23(363)/sch. br./2016/684 on dated 29/4/2016 of Dte. of Edu.,GNCTD regarding the deputation of teachers for school work during summer vacations, they will be granted Special Earned Leave .

      While the former GSTA had struggled so much to issue the order to grant Earned Leave during the year of 2004.And a circular no.F.30-3(13)/93coord/6775-6875 dated 14/5/2004 was released by our department regarding manner and scope of admissibility of Earned Leave to person serving in vacation Department in terms of sub rule (3) of rule 28 of CCS(leave) Rules,1972.

 On the other hand, our elected present GSTA is not aware about the welfare of teachers.  SFTC demands ,on behalf of the thousands of teachers of D o E, GNCTD to present GSTA to take smooth steps to rectify the circular no. F.DE.23(363) Sch.Br./2016/684 dated 29/4/2016 for the sake of teaching community.
