GSTA Clarification Regarding the amendment in the Recruitment Rules (RR) for the post of Vice-Principal  

Dear friends,
          The circular released by the department today regarding the amendment in the Recruitment Rules (RR) for the post of Vice-Principal has a very long story and conspiracy against our whole community. This amendment was presented a few years back and all the concerned authorities had approved this amendment. In the long gap of these years then functioning GSTA did not oppose this. When your present GSTA (us) got to know about this We strongly opposed this. We protested against this in our table talks with the Director and the other higher officials of the Directorate. (The letter of agenda dated 29.12.2015 for that meeting has been attached as proof) The result of our pressurization during the table talks can been in the circular released in which the Directorate is compelled to ask for our views as a stakeholder in this decision. We want to inform you that the post of Vice-Principal should be 100% reserved for departmental promotions and if there is any decrease in the percentage then people from outside the department will come. This is catastrophic for our future and career. These are the views that we have on this matter. We are also inviting the written comments of various groups that had contended the 2014 Elections.
