GRIEVANCES OF TEACHING Staff at School Level - A message by General Secretary, GSTA

Dear Friends, 

Due to the efforts of GSTA, District Level Staff Grievance Committee has been established in all the districts and are working effectively. File your grievances with them like: pending/delayed works at school level by HOS, DDEs and district office staff, any misbehaviour by HOS, fake grounds for Administrative Transfer, any type harassment.

You must inform the committee. A meeting will be held by the Committee at the DDE District's Office where the members of the committee, GSTA Central team members and District Secretary, the complainant and the concerned person will be present for resolving the complaint. You should not fear anything while making your complaints because your GSTA is with you and the issues will resolved. This is a platform for your welfare & transparency, made by GSTA for you all. In past, on the complaints 2 Principals used to enquire about it and made decisions being biased but now the things have changed. You this platform for your welfare.

                        सभी की जानकारी के लिए हम यह बताना चाहते हैं कि दिल्ली स्कूल टीचर्स फोरम किसी भी टीचर्स ग्रुप से नही जुड़ा हुआ है। यह जानकारी ओर आपसी विचार शेयर करने का सांझा प्लेटफॉर्म है।
                        काेई भी टीचर्स ग्रुप टीचर्स के हित में किये गये कार्यों को, इस प्लेटफार्म पर प्रकाशित करने के लिए हमें भेज सकता है। हमें किसी भी ग्रुप से संबंधित जो भी जानकारी मिलती है उसे यहाँ प्रकाशित कर देते हैं। लगभग 5000 अध्यापक इस मंच से फेसबुक, गूगल+ और ई-मेल जुडे हुए है। सभी अध्यापकों से निवेदन है कि वे ज्यादा से ज्यादा इस मंच को अपने साथियों के साथ शेयर करें।
