A Report on the Agitation by Teachers under the Banner of GSTA at TYAGRAJ STADIUM to remove Anomalies of Teachers in 6th CPC.
Thousands of Teachers today gathered at Tyagraj Stadium to boycott the Teachers' Day Award Functions which was being hosted by Directorate of Education. The CM Sh. Kejriwal ji and Education Minister Sh. Manish Sisodia ji was the Guest of Honour at this Function.
The Senior was agitating for their demand to remove anomalies of the teachers in 6 CPC. The Senior Teachers are getting lower Pay than their Junior Teachers appointed after 01-01-2006 and also upgraded scales to be implemented. The Teachers wants their demand to be fulfilled before the implementation of the 7th CPC which is due w.e.f. 01-01-2006. This Agitation was a great Success and was covered by all Media. We Congratulate GSTA for this Great Success.
