PUBLIC NOTICE

                         In reference to circular No. F.N. DE(29)/UEEM/ACCESS/2015-16/389-99 dated 15.05.2015 regarding engagement of subject specific Teachers-TGTs and Primary Teachers on contract basis by SSS (2015-16). As per direction of SSA will re-engage the same contract Teachers for the session 2015-16 in view of order of Govt. of NCT of Delhi No. F.19(01)2014/S-4/223-224 dated 16-02-2015. As per direction a fresh agreement has to be executed from all the Contract Teachers whose initial contract was only up to 31-03-2015 then extended up to 10-05-2015. The next term of contract will be w.e.f. 13-07-2015 to 31-03-2016.

                         All the Contract Teachers (SSA), who had attended the Govt Schools of District SW-A till 08.05.2015, are directed to report for verification of documents at DOE Office C-4 Vasant Vihar District South West-A, New Delhi-110057, as per the schedule given below:-

•  TGT all subjects :- 10.07.20I5 - 10,30 am

• Assistant teachers:- 10.07.2015 - 3.00 pm

Further, the contract Teachers who are found to be eligible as per norms of the SSA will be considered for re-engagement. They are also directed to come with the following documents:- 

1. Printout of online filled Application Form 2014-15, bearing dated signature.
   
2. A set of self attested copies of applicable qualification, caste certificates (OBC, certificate issued by the Govt of Delhi, NCT Delhi) & ID proof etc. All the testimonials in original are also to be brought for the purpose of verification In case of provisional certificate, it must be issued on or after 13.01.2015).
   
3. Experience Certificate from the HoS of the school, where posted in 2014-15, clearly stating that the teacher has worked nus" May 2015.
   
4. 2 Passport size Recent Photographs.
   
5. Any change in the residential address, Phone no, e-mail ID, if different from the application Form and is to be submitted on a separate sheet along with the above documents.
