Grant of Compensatory Leave in connection with election duty performed on Saturday/Sunday/Holidays

The DoE issued Circular regarding grant of Compensatory Leave in connection with election duty performed on Saturday/Sunday/Holidays. The text matter of which is as follow :

CIRCULAR

                  I am directed to enclose an office Memorandum issued by Department of Personnel and Training dated 13/04/2012 regarding grant of Compensatory Leave in connection with election duty.

                   All the DDE/HoS are here by directed to take necessary action as per point No.2, necessary instruction already exist for grant of compensatory leave for performance of official duty during Saturday/Sunday/Holiday under Note below Rule 22 of CCS (Leave) Rules, 1972.

                 This is for information and further necessary action by the DDE/HOS.

       This issues with the prior approval of the Competent Authority.
