As circular dated 25/02/2015 published on the Website of the DoE regarding SMS PUSH Service through MIS system for providing Details of disbursement of Salary etc in all the employees of DoE. The text matter of the said order is as follow :

Sub : SMS PUSH Service through MIS system for providing Details of disbursement of Salary etc in all the employees of DoE.

            The above subject is one of the important points in Action Plan for the year 2015, Department is already having SMS facility through CDAC, a society under the Ministry of information and Communication Technology. This Service has already been tested for sending SMSs to employees of this Directorate.
              By implementing SMS PUSH Service, employees can know their dues, deductions and disbursement of their salary credited to their bank accounts thtough respective PAOs. The same can be compared with salary SMS sent by banks. Also, we can save paper with this initiative.
                The SMS PUSH services will be started from the month of March-2015. Salary for the Month of March will be released only after incorporating the mobile number of all the employees in salary module. All the employees are requested to give their names, mobile number and and employee ID to their concerned DDO at the earliest.
