Implementation of CAT order in the appointemnt of Guest Teachers in DoE for session 2014-14

The DoE published a Public circular for engagement of Guest Teachers as order by CAT for the Session 2014-15. The Text matter of which is as follow :-.

PUBLIC CIRCULAR

Sub : Implementaion of CAT orders in the engagement of Guest Teachers for year 2014-15

                       In pursuance of Central Administrative Tribunal Bench, New Delhi orders dated 26.11.2014, 04-12-2014 and 24-12-2014 disposing off 09, 10, 07 OAs respectively directed DOE to engage pentioaneer/applicants as Guest Teachers ofr the current academic session in respect of those who submit their applications wihin the time frame fixed in the orders. The details of application received in compiance of CAT orders from the petitioners/applicants till 02.01.2015 (6.00 PM) are annexed.
                    All those petitioners/applicants whose n ames are appearing in the list annexed are directed to contact the Deputy Director of the District mentioned against their name immediately for engagement as Guest Teacher. The petitioners/applicants who have not furnished their application ID in the representation submitted to DOE are requiered to furnish their application ID to the Deputy Director (Edn.) for processing their engagment.
                        The engagment as Guest Teacherr is purely a stop gap arrangement for the current academic session only. Engagement is subject to the final outcome of Appeal filed in the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi challenging the order of CAT.
