PUBLIC NOTICE
The Candidates who had applied online in District South West (B) for their engagement as Guest Teachers in District South West (B) for the academic session 2014-15 and could not be allotted the schools and have merit as per the list attached are required to report to the office of the Deputy Director of Education, District south West (B), School Complex, Najafgarh, Delhi in person for verification of their documents from 15-11.2014 and 17-11-2014 between 10.30 AM to 3.30 PM for second round counselling/verification of documents as some seats of the teachers in various categories are still lying vacant in District South West (B).
At the time of verification, the candidates must carry online application Form along with all the original documents viz. CTET Certificate, Degree/Provisional Certificate, Year-wise/Semester-wise Mark Sheet. caste Certificate and Experience Certificate (if any) along with a set of attested photocopies of the same, any I.D. Proof and one latest Passport size photograph (pasted on Online Application Form)
The verification of documents does not ensure the engagement of Guest Teachers, The Guest Teachers will be engaged on the basis of merit. The candidates who have already got their documents verified need not come again for verification.
(List regarding allotment of schools will be displayed in DDE Office on 20.11.2014 at 11.00 AM)
