PUBLIC CIRCULAR

Sub : List of defective/duplicate and multiple applicants submitted on lin w.r.t. engagement of Guest Teachers during 2014-15.

              It is brought to the notice of the Guest Teacher applicants that on secruitiny of the on line applications, it was found that many incomplete /defective applications have been submitted by the applicants on line, which have become unfit for processing and therefore such applications have been kept aside from the preparation of order of merit list. ID nos of such applications are placed at Annexture - 'A'.
                Further some applicants despite the direction for the submission of one application for a given post in any one District of their choice, submitted duplicate/ multiple applications by changing 12th Roll Number, in total violation of the guidelines issued to the office circular dated 28/07/2014. Result of all such applicants has been withheld. (Annexture -'B'

          This issues with the prior approval of Competent Authority.
