PUBLIC CIRCULAR

Sub : Engagement of Guest Teachers during 2014-15-Withdrawal of 2nd List for documents verification of documents.

              The second list (modified( of School/Post/Category wise allocation of Guest Teacher applications can now be down loaded from web portal of the Directorate. Candidates whose name is appearing in this list are directed to approach the HOS of the school immediately for verification of their certificates in support of age, educational qualification, category etc. Allocation of school against the candidates is provisional subject to the condition that his/her candidature is found in order by the HOSs during the verifcation of certificates. The last date for verification of certificates at the allocated school is 19.09.2014. If the candidates do not get their certificates verifed by 19.09.2014 their candidature shall be treated as cancelled.
                    Candidates who have already joined as Guest Teachers on the basis of circular dated 8.9.2014 are advised to take formal relieving manually from the HOS concerned and report to the HOS of the School allocated in the modified list. However if there is no change in the allocation as per modified second list, they may continue to be engaged in the same school.
                   Guest Teacher applicants  HOSs of allocated schools are advised to contact the district DDE concerned for any clarification/guidance and they need not come to the Head Quarter offices.                        Engagement is subject to the final outcome of OA No. 2671/2014 in the matter of Sonalika Mishra Vs Govt of NCT & ors. before the Hon'ble CAT Principal Bench, New Delhi and other related cases namely OA Nos 2686/2014, 2772/2014, 277912014, 2790/2014, 2919/2014, 3034/2014, 3128/2014, 3131/2014, 3135/2014,' 3215/2014,3229/2014, 3230/2014,
3232/2014,2661/2014.

          This issues with the prior approval of Competent Authority.
