HAPPY NEWS FOR TEACHERS as Dy. controller of Accounts (Education) has issued Check List for the Stepping up Pay of Senior with reference to Junior.Now they can send their case to the DCA. The Text Matter of which is as follow:-

Check List for Stepping Up pay
- Service book of Senior in original and photocopy duly attested by HOS concerned in respectof Junior.
- Comparative Pay Fixation Statement of both Junior and Senior from the date of intitial appointment to date duly verified by HOS as well as District Accounts Functionary also containing Seniority Number of final Seniority list issued by the Deptt. date of Joining posts held e.g. TGT Hindi, English, Maths, and so on as applicable cadre to which belong.
- Copy of final seniority list in respect of both junior and senior duly verified by HOS.
- Reason for anomaly in Pay.
- Mode of recruitment of both junior and senior.
- Whether appointment/Promotion is on regular or adhoc basis.
- Certificate of Accounts functionary that pay fixation of both junior and senior has been checked from time and found in order.
- Certificate of HOS that anomaly in pay fixation is not due to proceeding of senior on EOL etc.
- Certificate that junior is not drawing higher pay due to additional increment earned on acquiring Higher qualification, grant of advance increments as well as grant of benefit under ACP/MACP etc.
- Certificate regarding both the junior and senior belong to same cadre and post specify the cadre.

- Certificate that anomaly has arisen directly as a result of application of FR -22C. (Now FR -22(1)(a)(1).
- Certificate that the conditions of stepping up fulfilled in terms of O (M No. 4/7/1992-Estt- (Pay-1) dated 04/11/1993 (FR-22 GOI order No. 23 (2013 Edition). If No. which condition is not fulfilled, mention specifically.
Problem is still the same this is no news. We already have the checklist . Except the second last point. Please clarify whether the senior should be confirmed before he puts up his case for stepping up

ReplyDeletePLS. PROVIDE GENERAL ORDER REGARDING RE-FIXATION OF PAY MINIMUM RS.17140/- AS ON 01.01.2006, IF THE SENIOR IS LESS DRAW THAN RS.17140/-
