HOLIDAYS IN UNAIDED RECOGNIZED SCHOOLS IN DELHI DUE TO EXTREME COLD

Directorate of Education, Delhi Govt issued order to close the all Unaided Recognized Schools under DOE up to 11th January due to Extreme Cold. The text matter of order given below :-

ORDER

                 Due to extreme cold conditions prevailing in Delhi, It is herby ordered that all Unaided Recognized Schools of Delhi under the Directorate of Education will remain closed upto 11th January 2014. All MCD, NDMC & Delhi Cantonment Board schools are also directed to remain closed up to 11th January, 2014.

                    As per our Annual School Calendar 2013-14 vide issued on 11.02.2013 of Directorate of Education. It was stated that " However, all the unaided recognized schools under Directorate of Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi are also advised to follow the same.The Education Department of MCD, NDMC and Delhi Cantonment Board are also advised to observe the vacation schedule as mentioned in the calendar for the schools under their jurisdiction for the academic session 2013-14"

This issues with the prior approval of competent authority.
