ReplyDeleteguest teacher ko class teacher ship di jati hai ya nai? hume tou aaj tak salary nai mili . 2 month se jyada ho gaye join kiye huye..upar se pgt join kiya hai par 6 class ko bhi padana padta hai. rti file ki tou ab principle and uske teacher pareshan karte hai school mein..:(
ReplyDeleteYes, any duty related to students can be assigned to the Guest Teachers. PGT's are also have to teach 1-2 lower classes if there have less senior classes. It is sometimes budget problems. You are New in the school and expected to work hard and co-operate your senior regular teachers and also give them respect and they will then also will give you the respect.
