Instruction to Candidates

1.     The result of engagement of Resource Person on contract basis by SSA is available in Department Website (www.edudel.nic.in)

2.     Candidate who are in the merit list should report to UEE Mission office, 1^st Floor, Near Estate Branch, Department of Education, District North, Lucknow Road, Delhi-54 for verification of their certificate and further directions as per the time and date mentioned in the schedule as given below.

Schedule : 1 Resource Person (English) Dated 23.12.2013

a.       All candidates in the merit list of Resource person upt S. No. 136 (As displayed in the website) should report to the office of UEE Mission on 23-12-2013. Out of this, candidates bearing merit in Sr. No. 1 to 60  to report between 10.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and candidates bearing merit from Sr. No. 61 to 136 to report between 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.

Schedule : I1 Resource Person (Science) Dated 24.12.2013

a.       All candidates in the merit list of Resource person up to S. No. 125 (As displayed in the website) should report to the office of UEE Mission on 24-12-2013. Out of this, candidates bearing merit in Sr. No. 1 to 60  to report between 10.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and candidates bearing merit from Sr. No. 61 to 125 to report between 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.

Schedule : 1II Resource Person (Maths) Dated 26.12.2013

a.       All candidates in the merit list of Resource person up to S. No. 97 (As displayed in the website) should report to the office of UEE Mission on 26-12-2013. Out of this, candidates bearing merit in Sr. No. 1 to 50  to report between 10.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and candidates bearing merit from Sr. No. 51 to 97 to report between 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.

Note. 1. Candidates who could not report due to some valid reasons can be considered on        27.12.2013 forenoon only.

Offer of the appointment to successful candidates shall be applicable after due verification of certificates and particulars as filled by the candidates online. They will be given offer of engagement as per the requirement of vacant posts.

The candidate shall produce before the Authorities the following documents for verification and submit one set of attested copies of all documents :-

 i.   Registration Slip

ii.  All original certificate along with their original mark sheet and certificate of 10^th, 12^th, Graduation, Post-Graduation, B.Ed. (Teaching Experience) and M.Ed.

iii.  SC/ST/OBC cast certificates (if claiming benefit of reservation).

iv. Certificate of disability issued by the appropriate authority, (if applied PH category).

v. Two photograph (one attested and one plain)

vi. One photo Identity Card

vii. After Verification of documents the offer of engagement letters shall be issued to the successful candidates by Authorities. The offer of engagement should be accepted by the candidate and joining should be submitted within 3 days from the receipt of this letter failing which their engagement shall be treated cancelled.

viii. Selected candidates will sign an agreement of contract.

ix.   The certificate of OBC should be issued by the authorities of GNCT of Delhi. For SC/ST posts, candidates from other States can be considered.
