    sir mine is a case of stepping up. i moved my file along with service book last year and till date the file is just rotating between school , zone and old sec pay fixation branch. i have been removing meaningless objections since past one year. the latest objection pay fixation cell has put is again a weird one - that my surname in seniority list doesnt match my present surname. i dont understand that if the file includes my original service ook then where do all such objections arise.after marriage ofcourse the surname changes i have also put a copy of marriage certificate i that file. they hv asked me to get my surname changed in seniority list too. i hv put the application for the same. but i want to say that my file is lying in pay fixation branch for the past two months and still there is reply. i still dont know the status and how long will it take to get my pay fixed as per 6cpc. please suggest a way out

    ydi koi teacher 1ST july ko join nhi karta to kya o periodical increment le skta h?teacher june se maternity leave per h.

      Yes, She will not get increment on 1st July. She will get increment on date, she join her duty as per Rule.

    Anita ji, Thanks for visiting DSTF.
    MACP is given by GP hierarchy not Promotion hierarchy. Therefore (5400) PB3 will given on actual Promotion to Post i.e. Vice-Principal in your Case. Now in 7th CPC that conflict has been removed and you will be given next level on either MACP or Promotion.

    PB-3 (5400) was given to the teachers who has been given selection scale before sept., 2008 and all others after that PB-2 (5400)

    Sir this year transfer policy need 2 year on 31 may.but in last two years teachers transferred in July so they do not complete 2 year on 31may.I request to raise this issue to amend it to 31July in the welfare of teachers

    Kal jo list aayi h from TGT to PGT. Kya ye final list h ya iske baad aur b koi list aayi h. Mne b file Chalayi thi promotion ki from TGT maths to PGT physics but pata nahi in logo ne mra naam kal wali list me show nahi kiya. Aur us list me jo name show hi the h PGT physics k liye usme 10 teachers to already PGT physics ki post pr hai. Ye kaisi list h phr. Can anybody have any information regarding this.plz share.
