Delhi from amongst the qualified youth to be engaged by HOS. The appointment
will purely be on temporary basis till the post filled up on regular basis or

- AGE: Upper age limit is 30 years in case of Asstt. Teacher, 32 years (42 years in case of female) in case 0f TGT and 36 years in case of PGT as on 01-07-2012
- SALARY: The Guest Teachers shall be paid Rs. 150/- and Rs.120/- per period in case of PGT and TGT respectively subject to maximum of Rs. 18000/- and Rs. 15000/- per month. Asstt./Nursery Teacher, shall be paid Rs. 380/- per day subject to maximum of Rs. 9500/- per month.

- PGT/LECTURER
: Post Graduate Degree in subject concerned with B.Ed.
PGT/LECTURER (Home Science/Domestic Science) M.Sc. (Home Science) or B.Sc. (Home Science) with Degree/Diploma in Education.
PGT/LECTURER (Physical Education) Post Graduate Degree in Physical Education.
- TGT (English/Math’s/Social Sciences/Natural Sciences/Home Sciences) Graduation in concerned subjects with B.Ed. and working knowledge of Hindi. Candidates with graduation in two school subjects of which at least one out of the four namely: English, Mathematics, Natural Science/Physical Science and Social Science should have been at the elective level.i) TGT (N. Science/Physical Science) Main subjects shall be physics, chemistry, Biology, Botany and Zoology.
ii) T.G.T. (Social Science) Main subjects are History/Political Science/Economics/Business Studies /Sociology /Geography /Psychology.
iii) T.G.T (Home Sciences) Graduate with Diploma in Home Science from a recognized university or B.Sc. Home Science with Degree/Diploma in education.
- TGT (MIL-Hindi/Sanskrit/Punjabi/Urdu): B.A. (Honour) in one of the Modern Language (MIL) concerned OR B.A. with concerned as on the elective subjects with one additional language at degree level OR Equivalent Oriental degree in MIL concerned OR Sahitya Rattan of Hindi Sahitya Samelan Prayag (For Hindi Teachers only) with English in Matriculation B.Ed./St. Anglo Vernacular Certificate knowledge of Hindi essential.
- Physical Education Teacher (PET) : Graduate with Bachelors of Physical Education (B.P.Ed) or its equivalent.
- Asstt. Teachers (Primary) Candidates who have passed Sr. Secondary examination with two year Diploma in Elementary Teacher Education or equivalent can apply for Assistant Teachers. Must have passed Hindi as a subject at Secondary level.
- Asstt. Teacher (Nursery) Sr. Secondary with Diploma/Certificate in Nursery Teacher Education of not less than 2 years or equivalent. Must have passed Hindi at Secondary level.
- The Guest teacher who was engaged as guest teachers during 2011-12 sessions will be given preference.
