The Happy news for the employee who could not availed the LTC to NER by Air before 30th April, 2012.
Govt. extended the LTC to NER by Air for A and B class Govt. Emp. from their place of posting and other class employee can avail air travel from Guwahati or Kolkata beyond 1st May, 2012

extended further for two more years beyond 1st May, 2012.

Classification of post by directorate of education as per 6 cpc
Teachers pay grade of Rs4600 & 5400. they are entitled to travel by any air line to avail LTC
ReplyDeleteplease let me that EL encashment availed at time of LTC is it deducted form the total EL balance say in total 100 days el taken at time of LTC 10 days and claim 10 days encashment in total 20days are deducted or 10 days. pl tell me.

Deleteif you avail 10 days EL during LTC and En-cash 10 Days EL .Deduction will be 20 EL. If you go in holidays deduction will be 10 EL.

No only 10 days EL will be deducted, as an employee can encash 60 days EL in entire service which will not be deducted from his total EL

My service 29 years and I have EL 290. I en-cash 60 for LTC . How many could I en cash at the time of retirement.

ReplyDeleteIf you have encashed 60 days EL for LTC in entire service (they are extra than 300) , they will not deducted and you can encash 290 days EL at the time of retirement.
I availed conversation of hometown to NER I travelled to kolkata by train and then took flight to imphal.Now Iam told that since kolkata happens to be hometown it is not conversion.I cannot claim flight fare.please advise.
